Three entrepreneurs. One operation.

Brand Palace is led by three entrepreneurs who run sales, platforms and brand themselves, with their own warehouse and their own software.

What you can measure us by

Three sentences that hold.

No name without consent.
We do not name a client who has not expressly allowed it. That is why there is no customer name on this website.
Recommend nothing we do not run ourselves.
Every recommendation comes from our own operation: own accounts, own warehouse, own software.
An honest answer, even if it is a no.
If a product does not fit retail or a channel, we say so before it costs money.

The three people

We personally stand behind these three sentences.

Three who do the operating themselves. Whoever advises at Brand Palace also operates, with their own accounts, own warehouse and own software.

Jonas Müller
Jonas Müller
Managing director, platforms and e-commerce

Responsible for the operation on Amazon, Kaufland and OTTO: product pages, prices, advertising, order handling. Knows the marketplace business from both sides: more than ten years as a seller, most recently as managing director of an online marketplace for sustainable products. Before that he built the marketplace business of a French trading company from zero to €8 million in revenue, with its own warehouse and ERP system.

Matthias Wieder
Matthias Wieder
Sales and scaling

Builds retailer networks, wins trading partners and leads the annual terms negotiations with buyers. More than ten years as managing director of a European supplier of household and bathroom accessories, where he ran the German sales operation, at times for two brands of the group, and negotiated with the buyers of large retail chains. Then sales director for mid-sized branded-goods companies, responsible for sales and marketing strategy.

Frederic von Borries
Frederic von Borries
Managing director, brand and digital infrastructure

Responsible for the brand and our own software: Feed Engine and backend. Before that on the buyer’s side of M&A transactions: due diligence from teaser to integration, at companies with roughly €12 million to €250 million in annual revenue, from online shops to trading companies with in-house production.

From our own operation

Fitiva Pro: a coaching platform built in-house.

Our work on digital business models led to Fitiva Pro: a platform where athletes find and book fitness coaches near them and coaches run their whole business in one place. Built in Eschborn, launched in six German cities.
